Som da Semana

Florence + the Machine (ou Florence and the Machine), é o nome de trabalho da cantora e compositora inglesa Florence Welch e de sua banda de músicos colaboradores. O primeiro álbum da banda, Lungs, foi lançado no dia 6 de julho de 2009 e estreou-se no segundo lugar das paradas inglesas durante suas primeiras cinco semanas (alcançando o nº1 semanas mais tarde), atrás apenas do cantor Michael Jackson. No Brasil infelizmente eles não são tão conhecidos assim, por enquanto. A música "Heavy in Your Arms" faz parte da trilha sonora do filme "Eclipse", e o som de Dog Days Are Over já começa a pipocar nas rádios alternativas. Aliás essa música é toda Alto Astral, bem cara de início de ano, de recomeço.
